WORKSHOP CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
We understand that plans can change. However, because our workshops are intentionally kept small and are limited to a maximum of 4 participants, every reserved place is important.
For this reason, the following cancellation and rescheduling conditions apply to all workshop bookings.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Workshop bookings are non-refundable.
Once a booking has been confirmed and paid, no monetary refund will be issued if a participant decides not to attend.
This policy allows us to keep our workshops small, personal and properly organised while protecting places that may no longer be possible to fill at short notice.
CHANGING YOUR WORKSHOP DATE
If your plans change, you may request to transfer your booking to another available workshop date.
A date change is possible only when the request is received more than 7 days before the scheduled start of your workshop.
Each booking may be transferred once only, and the new workshop date is always subject to availability.
No additional rescheduling will be possible after the booking has already been transferred once.
7 DAYS OR LESS BEFORE THE WORKSHOP
If your cancellation or rescheduling request is received 7 days or less before the scheduled workshop start time, the booking can no longer be refunded or transferred to another date.
The same rule applies to no-shows.
The booking will therefore be considered used if the participant does not attend.
BOOKINGS WITH MULTIPLE PARTICIPANTS
If one booking includes several participants, the same conditions apply individually to each reserved place.
A participant may be transferred to another available date only if the request is received more than 7 days before the workshop and provided that the booking has not already been rescheduled.
Places cancelled 7 days or less before the workshop are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING BY KOFFIE ACADEMIE
If Koffie Academie cancels a workshop, you will be offered the choice of transferring your booking to another available workshop date or receiving a full refund of the amount paid.
If Koffie Academie needs to reschedule a workshop, we will contact you using the contact details provided with your booking.
If the new proposed date is not suitable for you, you will be entitled to a full refund.
HOW TO REQUEST A DATE CHANGE
To request a change to your workshop date, please contact us at:
Please include your booking reference, the name of the participant concerned and, where possible, the alternative workshop date you would prefer.
Requests are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you receive confirmation from Koffie Academie.
